Photographs harbor myriad versions of truth. They can accurately depict the physical world, as well as the world that escapes our immediate senses. I am interested in constructing images that allude to a reality extending beyond empirical knowledge.
I exploit the camera's observations by employing various shooting techniques and photographic processes in an attempt to materialize that, which cannot be seen. Rather than concrete illustrations of anything in particular, I prefer that my images elicit the unknown; ultimately allowing for thoughts and interpretations that are parallel to — or independent of — my own.
